How to use
- Before you begin the treatment please discontinue all hair removal methods in the treatment area EXCEPT for shaving including waxing, hair removal creams or chemicals, tweezing and electrolysis. Make sure you shave the area the day before the treatment. Always remember to do a patch test 24 hours before starting treatment.
- We recommend you treat the area once a week for 12 weeks to catch all the unwanted hair.
- Switch to maintenance treatments and top-up every 4-8 weeks to remain hair-free.

Before use
IPL is not suitable for you if:
- You are pregnant or lactating

IPL cannot be used on areas of the body where you have:
- Tattoos or permanent makeup
- Fillers or similar facial treatments

- A rash, broken skin, a scab, or a healed wound
Tanning & sunburn
- Do not use if your skin has been artificially or naturally tanned or is burned from sun overexposure as your skin may be extra sensitive

How to use
2. Press the Power button. Ice Cooling mode is the default mode. To switch to Speed mode, clip on the large attachment or to use Precision mode, clip on the small attachment.
3. Gently hold the device against your skin, press the activation button and flash. Move the device with each flash to cover the treatment area.

How does the Pure Sapphire cooling technology work?
Do I need to activate the Sapphire cooling technology?
No, the cooling technology will be activated by default when in Ice Mode (without attachments), you will see the cooling indicators illuminate.
Sapphire Ice Cooling isn’t available with Speed or Precision attachments, giving you faster treatments.
How long does the SmoothSkin Pure Switch device last?
SmoothSkin Pure Switch has unlimited flashes and is intended for a single user. Minimum expected service life is 10 years when following the recommended regimen.
How long does it take to see results?
Pure Switch is clinically proven to reduce up to 93% of hair (on legs). Most people notice results in as little as two to four weeks, depending on the hair growth cycle.
How do I switch between intensity levels?
Intensity 2 is the default setting when your device is switched on. You can toggle between modes by pressing the Power button above the main activation button (SS). You will see the indicators light up depending on the intensity level.
How do I know what attachment to use?
Depending on your needs, we recommend using:
- Adapt attachment – for fast treatments on larger areas like arms or legs
- Precision attachment – for very precise treatments on small tricky areas like VIO
- No attachment – for painless treatments on the most sensitive areas like underarms.
